It really is that simple. Why train like everyone else? Each human, athlete, postion and sport all have unique bio-motor, physical and physiological demands. This is what makes each athlete unique.

HOW WE TRAIN ATHLETES
Before we even discuss you as an athlete, we start at the most important level - who you are as a human, what are you predisposed genetic characteristics, and what are your general characteristics.
Next we look at you as an athlete in your chosen sport. How do you like to play the game, what are your "superpowers" and what is your "kryptonite," what feedback have your coaches given you etc.
In our opinion, this is the most overlooked component. Each sport has it's own demands, however after identifying you as a human and athlete, the postion is next. What are the key demands of your specific position, what do you need to execute physically and so on.
Finally on a more macro level, what are the specific requirements of your sport. This on a more micro level also explores what are the cultural norms within your sport. As we've been quoted saying before, "There's nothing worse seeing a Front Rower in Rugby Union being trained like a Wing in Soccer."

OUR APPROACH

All of our programs begin with performance analysis and benchmarking with the latest technology in sports science - both in the gym and on the field.
This covers all the critical physical qualities (strength (global and targeted), power, speed and energy systems to design programs and coaching specific to you. After your initial analysis sessions, we repeat the process ongoing to ID you day-to-day physical profile to boost performance, and reduce the risk of injury.

Strength is essential all athletes, but means a different thing to each athlete. Strength serves as the foundation for speed and power, and also plays a key role in reducing the risk of injuries in your sport. We continually refine our systems to ensure your targeted strength development remains a top priority - all year round.
02 - STRENGTH & POWER TRAINING
We specialise in enhancing every aspect of speed tailored to your sport. Through step-by-step sessions, we help you master all elements of speed, including acceleration, top-end velocity, deceleration, and game-specific evasion, all while building a solid understanding of the techniques.
03 - SPEED & AGILITY TRAINING
Performance doesn't just stop in the gym or on the field, it's integrated. We ensure that all your training (including your sport) is integrated appropriately with load management including your daily readiness and wellness through our training platform.
04 - INEGRATION
Training just doesn't stop when the session is over. We make sure you know exactly how the session went to ensure that next session you have all the information needed to perform at your best. Rather than take valuable time away from your training session, we touch base post session with video feedback and data metrics - it can be the 1% difference.
