WHAT IS THE PROGRAM?

The Youth ATHLETE MEMBERSHIP is a structured, curriculum-based training system designed to help young athletes move better, play with confidence, and develop strong foundations in strength, speed, coordination, and resilience.

Every session is coached by qualified performance specialists who make training fun, safe, and engaging - while still developing real athletic qualities that transfer directly into sport and everyday life.

WHO IS THE PROGRAM FOR?

This program is perfect for:

  • Young athletes aged 11–14

  • Kids who play team or individual sports

  • Athletes looking to improve speed, strength, coordination, and conditioning

  • Kids benefiting from positive role models and supportive coaching

  • Beginners through to advanced athletes - the program adapts to THEIR LEVEL

    TERM. YOU CAN JOIN AT ANY TIME DURING THE TERM, HOWEVER WE SUGGEST THE START FOR BEST RESULTS.
