The Performance Program is built around our 5 Foundations of Athletic Development. Each session is 60-80 minutes and covers wellness monitoring, athletic prep, speed mechanics, power, strength work and conditioning. Your program is personalised based on your sport, position or event, and individual performance data.

2 Sessions/Week
For ages 11-14, our Youth Program creates the building blocks for strong, resilient athletes. Each group session is led by highly credentialed coaches with a focus on movement fundamentals.
The Youth Program is specifically designed for athletes aged 11-14 years. Our coaches understand the unique physical and psychological needs of young athletes and create a fun, structured environment that builds confidence alongside athletic ability. Sessions focus on the fundamentals that set athletes up for long-term success.

Unlimited Off-Peak Sessions
Train in our high-performance facility utilising the equipment and programs the pros use, in our off-peak times. Our coaches will test and benchmark you for your training needs and set you up with an member-specific program.
The Off-Peak Program gives you access to our premium facility and personalised programming at a reduced rate. You'll train during our off-peak hours (between 9am-4pm Monday-Friday, 9am-2pm Saturday) with the same quality equipment and coach-designed programs as our Performance members.

Working with your physio or sports rehab team? We collaborate with allied health professionals to support mid-to-end stage return-to-sport programs - bridging the gap between clinic and full training.
Our coaches are experienced in working alongside physiotherapists, sports physicians, and strength & conditioning specialists to ensure your return to sport is safe, progressive, and performance-focused. Whether you're recovering from a soft tissue injury, post-surgery, or managing a chronic condition, we build a program around your current capacity and long-term goals.

Yes, there is a one-time onboarding fee of $199. This covers your initial performance assessment, benchmarking session, and athlete profile setup. New members joining now receive half-price onboarding (save $99). Note* there is no joining fee for Youth Program.
We offer flexible month-to-month memberships with no lock-in contracts for Performance and Off-Peak. Youth is a Term based commitment. We also offer 6-month and 12-month prepaid options at a discount.
Wear comfortable athletic clothing and bring a water bottle. Training shoes are recommended. We provide all equipment and programming.
Absolutely. We offer a free trial session for all new members. Book via our schedule page and one of our coaches will reach out to confirm your booking.
We work with athletes from all sports - AFL, rugby, soccer, basketball, netball, swimming, athletics, and more. Our programs are athlete-specific and personalised to you and your demands.
Of course, our environment is a way of training. You don't have to play a sport to benefit from the approach to training.
