Who We Are

PRO-LEVEL TRAINING FOR EVERY MEMBER

Principle Sports Performance is a boutique sports performance gym in Bondi Junction, Eastern Suburbs Sydney. We bring the testing, programming, and coaching methodology used by Australia's top professional teams — to athletes and members at every level. Sessions run in small groups of 60-80 minutes and cover our five foundations of athletic development: wellness and readiness monitoring, athletic preparation, strength training, speed and power development, and resilience work.

Every member trains on an individualised program - built from their own testing data, sport, and competition schedule - with the accountability and energy of a team environment.
